GYM REVIEW 2007

Year 2007 has been a very successful and busy year for the gym:

• We opened our second martial art and fitness centre in Bingley;
• We travelled to Thailand in March where Vicky Lakin competed in the World Amateur Muay Thai Boxing Championships winning silver for England;
• Ian Wilcock become the new National Pro-Am Muay Thai Boxing Welterweight Champion in May;
• We travelled to Vigo, Spain in October where Ben Molloy fought in the European Amateur  Muay Thai Boxing Championships winning Gold for the UK;
• Robin Shepherd was promoted to England Team Manager by the EMF;
• We had 20 Thai Boxing fights in total this year - 10 Wins, 8 Losses & 2 Draws;
• A large range of new classes were launched which include Circuit Training, Thai-Box Circuits, Pole Dancing, and Submission Grappling, Groundfighting & Brazilian Jiu-Jutsu.

                      We have big plans for 2008 - Watch This Space!!!
