Whether you fancy the more traditional style of personal training with fitness assessments which can include body fat and weight measurements, or prefer one-on-one sessions using Muay Thai Boxing techniques (e.g. punches, kicks, knees, elbows) on pads and punch bags with plenty of body conditioning and resistance training, your personal training session will be Tailored To Your Needs To Meet Your Goals.
We also have qualified trainers that can provide nutritional advice.
