‘Fun Aerobic Workout with A Kick’
In this class you will carry out choreographed mixed martial art techniques to music. Techniques are taken from Muay Thai Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, Shaolin Kungfu & Boxing. This class is open to all fitness abilities from Age 15 to Adult.

Not only will this fun class improve your overall fitness, tone up your body and boost your self-confidence, it will promote and improve flexibility, coordination, balance, endurance, strength, power and speed.
